Founder of LSpecPA. Doctor's degree in (special) pedagogy branch; master's degree in pedagogy. Research area - support system for inclusion of students with special needs in the general education system. 42 years of professional work experience in the implementation of special education and training of special education teachers. Has developed 6 higher education study programs for the training of special education teachers, developed and implemented more than 40 teacher professional development course programs in Latvia. In 2005, established the Laboratory of Special Pedagogy, where she led the development of methodological, scientific materials and international project implementation work. The organizer of international, scientific and academic conferences, seminars. Participated in many international projects; the expert in national research programs, the author of two monographs, international conference proceedings and journals, author of methodological materials.

Ilze Skromule is a project coordinator who has experience working on several successful Erasmus+ projects. She is a qualified self-employed translator (English-French-Latvian). Ms. Skromule has been a lecturer (Business English, French, Intercultural Communication, etc.) and the head of the Centre for Lifelong Learning of Rezekne Academy of Technologies (Latvia). Currently, she is education methodologist/project coordinator and teacher of French language at Rezekne Vocational School. Since 2019, Ms. Skromule has been cooperating with Latvian Association of Special Education Teachers on implementation of Erasmus+ projects related to inclusive education and support for children with special educational needs.

Daniela Boneva is a Dyslexia Facilitator since 2005; founder of Dyslexia Association - Bulgaria; has a Master degree in Electronics and in English Philology. She has long experience working with children and young people, at first as a Youth programs coordinator in the Youth Department of the Municipality, later as an English language teacher in secondary and high schools. Have worked for many years for regional media as editor; since 2005 has been working as a dyslexia facilitator with children and youngsters with dyslexia and other learning difficulties from all over the country. Mrs Boneva has developed/adapted for Bulgarian public different resources; has organised and led many seminars and workshops for teachers, specialists and parents in different places in Bulgaria. She has taken part in many national and international dyslexia related conferences, seminars and workshops, being a lecturer in many of them. Ecaterina Nechitescu, English teacher at LTGM, with 24 years of experience as a high school teacher. She coordinated teams in two other Erasmus+ projects, and was actively involved in two more as a team member. Mrs. Nechitescu will be responsible for the Exercise Book that is going to be created within this project. She is responsible for the translations of documents, and the communication between the project team and the school management.

Volkan Kukul has a Ph.D. degree in the field of Computer Education and Instructional Technology. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Technology at AU. His research interests include distance education, teacher training, implementation of ICTs in education, and computer science education. He conducted research studies on e-learning, computer science education, and computational thinking. He has many scientific publications in these subjects and participated in various national and international projects. An Erasmus+ project, which has focused on strategies developed for teachers of talented and gifted pupils, is the last project completed.

Serap RİEPE from KPDoNE will have responsibility for evaluation of the overall organisation of the project activities, keeping the time schedule, effectiveness of the communication and collaboration within the partnership and between partners and İnstitutions/organisations/stakeholders outside the partnership, project meetings, active involvement of all partners, organisation of the dissemination activities, and their impact. Mrs. RİEPE has experience from previous EU projects and a special expertise in preparing, using and analysing online evaluation tools. She will have all partners fill in certain evaluation forms prepared to measure the quality of each of the related activities as well as the quality of the consortium and the project progress in general. All the data will be evaluated using online evaluation tools and the results will be made visible as soon as possible so partners can take the necessary steps to solve any arising problems.
